Deceased bodies found at Thunderbird Estates have not been positively Identified

Only circumstantial evidence points to the identities of the two bodies found at Thunderbird Estates Mobile Home Park on Saturday. Graham County Sheriff PJ Allred told Gila Valley Central that it’s believed that the bodies found in a shallow grave are those of Sabrina Martin, 22 of Safford, and Rueben Nicholas Morales of Salt Lake City, UT. The tentative identification of the bodies is based on the fact that Morales and Martin were both reported missing back in January and reportedly lived in the mobile home park. Sheriff Allred said that they won’t have positive identification or a cause of death until the autopsy results come back.

The deceased bodies were found Saturday after authorities received information related to the case. The decomposed bodies were taken to the Pima County Medical Examiner in Tucson for autopsies.

The investigation is ongoing. Information about the autopsy results are expected to be released soon.
