Reservation pending organizer approval. We will not collect payment information until an invoice is e-mailed March 1, 2025.
After billing, cancellation notice of 30 days or more before the event will receive full refund.
No refund if cancelling less than 30 days before the event.
Cost is $50 for each 10×10 space. There is no limit on the number of spaces that can be reserved.
A limited number of discounted 6×6 spaces for artists are available for $25. Limit is one artist space per reservation.
