Welcome to Arizona Fan Fest — southeastern Arizona’s premiere pop culture event!
Arizona Fan Fest 2025 will take place April 18-19 at Manor 415
Hours
Friday, April 18: 3 PM – 8 PM
Saturday, April 19: 10 AM – 6 PM
We feature the finest comic creators and self-publishers, collectible retailers, and master crafters of everything from jewelry and clothing to unique and wild items for home and work.
Our highlight is the Cosplay Contest, where everyone has the chance to become their favorite character. The Premiere category is for cosplay master crafters. The winner of the Premiere Cosplay Contest will go home with $1,000.
Facilities and media
Arizona Fan Fest will take place April 18-19, 2025, at the newly remodeled Ag Building at the Graham County Fairgrounds in Safford, Ariz. Graham County Fairgrounds features plenty of free parking, is near four hotels and admission to the event is just $5 per person per day.

Vendor reservations
Reservation pending organizer approval – cards will not be billed until March 1, 2025.
After billing, cancellation notice of 30 days or more before the event will receive full refund
No refund if cancelling less than 30 days before the event
Cost is $50 for each 10×10 space. Spaces are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
