SAFFORD – Motorists traveling on Highway 191, south of Safford at approximately 1:30 pm this afternoon witnessed a plume of smoke go up just south of Cactus Road. Emergency crews were called to the scene to battle the blaze and direct traffic around it. So far there is no information about how the fire started.
