SBDC to debut Co.Starters in January

THATCHER — The Small Business Development Center at Eastern Arizona College announced a new program for entrepreneurs in 2021 — Co.Starters.

Led by SBDC Director Kevin Peck, the program will give participants a deeper understanding of how to create a sustainable business, help in figuring out whether or not an idea is good, the ability to articulate how their businesses work and the next steps to take to move forward.

In addition to instruction by Peck, guest speakers from the community will share their knowledge and resources.

The 10-week program will meet via Zoom every Thursday, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., starting Jan. 19. The program is valued at $375, but is free for residents of Graham and Greenlee counties.

To register, go to CO.STARTERS – Core Program (azsbdc.net). All registrants will be evaluated for final acceptance and notified no later than Jan. 15.
