Numberta “Honey” Roman, 88 of Clifton, passed away April 14, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Honey was born June 1, 1927 in Morenci AZ to Francisco & Petra Gonzalez.
She is survived by her daughters Theresa (Eddie) Jaramillo and Katherine (Joe) Pena, her nephew she helped raise, Joe (Marge) Gonzalez, her step daughter, Diane Owen and her step son Raynaldo Roman, Jr., 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Francisco & Petra Gonzalez, 6 brothers, 1 son, 1 step daughter, and 3 grandsons.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. with the Rosary prayed at 10:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Clifton, AZ. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery following Mass.
