THATCHER – Arizona@Work-Southeastern Arizona invites the public to its annual Graham County Career Fair on Friday, Aug. 18, from 1 – 4 p.m. at the Eastern Arizona College Activity Center. The event is held during EAC’s Freshman Orientation Week, so college students, as well as local job seekers, can attend.  This is an opportunity to explore careers and job opportunities, learn more about available training to increase your skills, and find out how to connect with services available in the local area.

Earlier the same day, Arizona@Work-Southeastern Arizona will be facilitating career workshops in partnership with EAC during freshman orientation, known as Monster Bridge.  These workshops are only for EAC incoming freshmen who have pre-registered.  However, we invite all job seekers to visit our Safford office at 1910 W. Thatcher Blvd. at the corner of U.S. Highway 70 and 20th Avenue, during business hours Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., to receive one-on-one assistance and/or inquire about future workshop offerings at the center.  Our organization offers no-cost job seeker and employer services in Cochise, Graham, and Greenlee counties.  Arizona@Work services are also now available at our partner location inside the Department of Economic Services building at 333 N. 8th Ave. in Safford.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer/Program.  Auxiliary aids and services are available upon request to individuals with disabilities. The program is funded by WIOA federal dollars serving adults, youth, and dislocated workers.
