SAFFORD — Forget tea and crumpets, it’s tea and kittens at the GFWC Woman’s Club of Safford.
On Thursday, April 20, at 6 p.m., the Woman’s Club will hold a special tea event to help Desert Cat Rescue and Sanctuary of Arizona.
Tea and sandwiches will be served to attendees, who are asked to bring kitty litter to help the sanctuary.
Cheryl Christiansen will speak about the sanctuary, and there will even be an opportunity to foster and adopt kittens.
