CENTRAL — BLM Arizona Fire Management announced late Wednesday that local fire crew will take over managing the Reay fire, north of Central.
The fire grew to 698 acres and is at 60-percent containment.
Currently fire crews are in patrol/monitor status, keeping an eye on some areas of interior heat.
The fire started May 13 and cause remains under investigation.
