Aaron A. Garza, age 27, surrendered himself to authorities yesterday after an arrest warrant was issued by the Graham County Attorney’s Office. The warrant included charges of First Degree Murder, Child Abuse and domestic violence-related Aggravated Assault. The charges stem from the investigation of the death of an 11-month-old child in November 2019. Garza turned himself in at the Graham County Sheriff’s Office.
