Valadee W. Crotts, a longtime resident of Duncan, went to be with the Lord Wednesday evening, March 13, 2024, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Tucson. Valadee was 94.
Valadee is survived by: his beloved wife of 73 years, Margie Crotts, son Danny Crotts of Duncan, daughter Vickie Emrick of Duncan, daughter Debra Hendricks of Safford, daughter Nedra Lucas of Wasilla, Alaska, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were the light of Papa’s eyes. He is also survived by three brothers (Harve Crotts, Dennis Crotts and Carl Crotts) and two sisters (Helen Teeter and Patricia Ford) whom he loved very much.
Funeral services for Valadee were conducted Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., at the Duncan Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by Pastor Brad Boyd of the First Baptist Church of Duncan. Concluding services followed in the Duncan Cemetery.
