SAFFORD — About 40 pieces of art are hanging on the walls of the Safford City-Graham County Library, though many may have to squint to see the pieces.

The Tiny Art Show opened Wednesday and will run through July 27.

“There’s everything from outer space to self-portraits to cats; all kinds of fun stuff,” said Library supervisor Leslie Talley. “Some really cute pieces of art came back.”

In June, library patrons were given a 2-inch by 2-inch canvas, upon which they could create in any way they wished.

Talley said the artists are equally split between children, teens and adults; with ages ranging from 8 to 98.
