PHOENIX — Two area students were selected as winners of the Arizona Historical Society’s Postcard Contest.

Third-graders Brylie A., of Thatcher, and Charlotte S., of Duncan, were among the six winners, who were tasked with creating a postcard focusing on Arizona’s Five Cs, the 22 tribes of Arizona, or the history or geography of Arizona from prehistoric times to now.

The winning students will receive an award, and the winners and their classmates will receive a pizza party hosted by the Arizona Historical Society with donations from the Historical League and Schneider Electric.
