SAFFORD — American Legion Swift-Murphy Post 32 in Safford announced it would conduct its annual Thanksgiving meal for the community this Thursday.

2020 will mark the 34th year the Sons of the American Legion have put on the holiday event — serving meals of turkey, ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, sweet potatoes, salad and desert — for veterans, widows and any member of the community seeking a hot, freshly-cooked meal.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, seating inside the Legion Hall will be limited, so take-out and delivery is being offered. Inside dining begins at noon; however take-out and delivery will begin at 10:30 a.m. and run until 3 p.m.

To place a take-out or delivery order, call 928-428-2990.
