Rickie Ullery, of Pima, entered life eternal Saturday, November 20, 2021, at the Tucson Medical Center. He was 74.
Rickie Duane Ullery lived a full and happy 74 years. He is survived by: his beloved wife, LaRee Ullery; and his 8 children, Robert (Sherri) Ullery, Gary (Marcy) Ullery, John Ullery, Andrew (Shantelle) Ullery, Crystal (Nathan) Gwilliam, Mary (Willey) Biggs, Marcie (Jake) DeVoogd, Callie (Tyler) Streeter.
He was greeted in Heaven by: his mother, Virginia Lee; and his, father Jackie Duane Ullery.
Rick lived a full life serving the Lord and others. He was able to spend his last few years working in the Gila Valley Arizona Temple with his wife. Four weeks ago, he fulfilled the last item on his bucket list – a successful hunt of a bull elk.
Rick and LaRee cherished their children and grandchildren, especially working in the garden, hunting with them and enjoying the treats of tea parties. Rick was an amazing grandpa, father and husband. He is dearly missed.
Family will receive friends Friday afternoon, November 26, 2021, from 2:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m., at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Pima Chapel. Funeral services will begin at 3:00 p.m., also at the Pima Chapel. Concluding services will follow at a later date at the Pinedale Cemetery, in Pinedale, Arizona.
