Rebecca McBride McDonald, age 49 and of Pima, entered into eternal life early Monday morning, June 11, 2018, surrounded by her family.
Becki was born May 19, 1969 in Tucson, Arizona to Reuben and Sondra McBride. She was the first of six children; Tracy, Marcia, Justin, Jonie and David.
As a young girl, Becki enjoyed playing the piano and flute, participating in sports, and had many many friends. She graduated from Pima High School with honors in 1987. In 1988 she married Cory Thatcher and they were blessed with two beautiful children, Holden and Megan. There was nothing Becki loved more than being a mother.
Robert and his children, Whitnie, Sierra and Talon, entered Becki’s life in 1999 and they were blessed with the last of their six children, Kayden in 2000. Becki was an extraordinary wife and mother and kept a happy home with lots of laughter. She enjoyed watching her children grow and celebrated many wonderful times together.
Becki had a strong testimony of her Savior Jesus Christ and his light shined brightly through her. She truly cared for all those that entered her life in any way. Her example and light will continue forever.
