THATCHER, Ariz. — The public is invited to attend a town hall with U.S. Congressman Tom O’Halleran on Thursday, April 11, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Eastern Arizona College’s Gherald L. Hoopes Jr. Activities Center. The congressman will provide a legislative update and hear constituent concerns.
