Pima Easter Egg Hunt, Pima FD Fire Fest Car Show this weekend

PIMA — The town of Pima is home to a pair of events this weekend.

On Friday, the town will host a community Easter Egg Hunt for children 0-12 years old at the baseball fields, starting at 9 a.m.

There will be cash prizes for the coloring contest and the egg hunt features one special prize egg in each age category:

● 0-3

● 4-8

● 9-12

There is no cost to participate and the Easter Bunny will be on hand for photos.

On Saturday, the Pima Volunteer Fire Department will host its annual Fire Fest Car Show at the Pima High School gymnasium parking lot.

Line-up starts at 8 a.m., with the show opening at 9 a.m. In addition to classic vehicles, the show will feature vendors, food and raffles. Cost to enter a vehicle is $25 day the event and funds raised will help the department build a new fire station.
