SAFFORD — The spread of the coronavirus continues both in the community at large and within area correctional facilities.
Graham County Health Department reported 76 new cases Wednesday, with one in the 85543 zip code, 10 in the 85552 zip code and 65 in the 85546 zip code. However, 41 of the cases in 85546 are located in area correctional facilities.
That brings the number of new cases in Graham County in January thus far to 1,265, and the total since the start of the pandemic to 4,493.
Greenlee County
Greenlee County Health Department reported two new cases Tuesday evening.
That brings the total number of new cases in January thus far to 85, and the total since the start of the pandemic to 500.
