GRAHAM COUNTY — A man run over by his own vehicle found himself in critical condition.
Graham County Sheriff’s deputies were called out to Red’s convenience store on U.S. Highway 70 at about 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 20.
A review of security footage saw the man pull into the parking lot and exit his vehicle, when the vehicle started to roll backward. The man attempted to get back into his vehicle to stop it rolling, but it instead knocked him to the ground and the left front tire rolled over him.
He was transported to Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center with contusions on his face and right shoulder. He also complained of abdominal pain.
At last report, the man was being treated in the Critical Care Department of the hospital.
