GRAHAM COUNTY — Housing remains a critical issue for the Gila Valley, but Keyhole Properties offered an opportunity to see that home purchases and rentals remain within reach.
Keyhole Properties teamed with QBC Homes for new home construction in Spring Canyon Estates, and Velocity Builders for new homes on Dark Drive, and offered an open house of both construction sites Thursday for people to see exactly what they will get when they buy.
There was also an open house of Keyhole Properties new Peppertree Studios, offering renters additional apartment options.
In addition to the builders, Gila Valley Mortgage, Sierra Pacific Mortgage, Patriot Pacific Mortgage and Fairway Mortgage were at the construction sites to help potential buyers through the loan process.
Kym Gifford, with Keyhole Properties, said she always encourages buyers to shop different lenders.
“Having so many different lenders is wonderful, because each one of them offers different loan products, different incentives (and) different down-payment programs,” Gifford said.
Visitors to all three open houses also had the opportunity enter into a drawing for a three-day/two-night stay for four at Arizona Grand Resort.
