Judith Kay Kieffer entered into eternal rest, surrounded by her loving family, on June 3, 2022, at the age of 78.
Judy was born on February 14, 1944, to Delwin and Doreen Davis in Safford, Arizona. She was the youngest of 4 children.
Judy attended school in Pima, Arizona and graduated in 1962. She worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 31 years.
Judy met her husband, Jerry, in Pima at the age of 12. They were married September 7, 1962 and sealed for time and all eternity in the Mesa Arizona Temple on March 17, 1965. Their union was blessed with 3 children, Nainya, Vincent and Michael.
Judy loved to travel, scrapbook and quilting. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held several callings. She loved to be of service to others.
Judy is preceded in death by: her husband of 58 years, Jerry Kieffer; her parents, Delwin and Doreen Davis; her sister, Mary Deen Davis; and brother, Oscar Davis.
Judy is survived by: her brother, Wayne Davis; her three children, Nainya (Harry) Pickard of Gilbert; Vincent (Lisa) Kieffer of Pima; Michael (Kristie) Kieffer of Pima; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and one on the way.
Graveside funeral services for Judy will be conducted Saturday, June 11, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., in the Pima Cemetery by Bishop Jared Ray of the Pima 1st Ward.
Family will receive friends Friday evening, June 10, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at the Vining Funeral Home.
