Joanne P. Montell (Pradon) passed away peacefully with her husband beside her on March 6, 2024, in Thatcher, AZ, at the age of 68. She was born on January 7, 1956, in Patchogue, NY.
Joanne was a beloved wife to Tyree Montell for 50 years and a cherished mother to Michael Montell (Tina), Daniel Montell (Erika), and Misty Maynes (David). She was a loving grandmother to DJ, Troy, Brooklyn, Ty, Rebecca, and Shelby.
Joanne dedicated her career to serving as a Librarian and Teacher. She was passionate about education and sharing knowledge with others. Outside of work, Joanne enjoyed crafting as a hobby and spending time with family.
She is preceded in death by: her father, John Pradon; mother, Ann Pradon; and brother, Jack Pradon. Joanne will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
A private family service will be conducted to honor and remember Joanne Montell.
