On October 26, 2020 at approximately 1149 hours Graham County Dispatch received a call from a hunter who located a bag he believed contained a human body. Upon Deputies arrival it was confirmed that it was a human body.
At this time the cause of death or the identity of the deceased has not be determined. The body has been transported to the Pima County Medical Examiner’s Office where an autopsy will be performed. The Safford and Thatcher Police Departments are assisting in the investigation.
