DUNCAN — The Gila Watershed Partnership is making available another volunteer opportunity.
GWP will conduct a Gila River clean-up in Duncan on Saturday, March 23.
Volunteers will meet at 8 a.m. at Old Virden Road, off Main Street (Highway 75) for orientation, then sent to assigned areas along the riverbank. The cleanup will run until 11 a.m., followed by a light lunch.

GWP river cleanups are supported by Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, Southeastern Arizona Clean and Beautiful, Freeport-McMoRan, the Town of Clifton and Friends of the Frisco.
