Elwyn Eddie Brown

Elwyn Eddie Brown entered into eternal life Wednesday morning, March 6, 2024, at the Mount Graham Regional Medical Center following a decline in health. Eddie was 81.

Eddie a lifelong resident of Pima. He was a perfectionist in everything that he did. He owned and operated Brown’s Fish Farm for over 50 years before passing it down to his son, Yuma Brown. Eddie was a craftsman, he loved finish work, and if he couldn’t afford it he would build it. He loved operating heavy equipment, especially dozers. Eddie had a D3 Caterpillar and was in heaven when he was running his Cat. He loved all things outdoors including deer hunting, and camping. Tripp canyon was his favorite place on Earth.

Eddie is survived by: his eight children, Michael Brown, Randall Brown, Yuma Brown, Sara Ferguson, Blain Brown, Jason Brown, Rebecca Smith, and Jennifer Cauthen; thirty-three grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Eddie will be conducted Saturday morning, March 16, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at the Pima Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by Bishop Kevin Peck of the Pima Third Ward. Concluding services will follow in the Pima Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday evening, March 15, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at the Vining Funeral Home and Saturday morning, March 16, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m., at the Pima Stake Center Relief Society Room of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
