SAFFORD — The faith-based nonprofit organization that seeks to help pregnant women is celebrating this week.
Thriving Hope Pregnancy Care Center will conduct a grand opening celebration at its facility, 1109 S. 7th Ave. in Safford on Friday, Jan. 17, at 10 a.m.
In an e-mail to Gila Valley Central, Executive Director Kim Burk said the nonprofit wants, “To serve women and families who find themselves in crisis pregnancy situations. We can meet their needs for education regarding pregnancy, parenting, and life skills; and we can help them with pregnancy tests and supplies (clothes, diapers, formula, etc.) they may need.”
Thriving Hope Pregnancy Care was formed as a nonprofit organization in March 2023. It is open Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
