Graham County median home sales price nearly $300K in Q4

PHOENIX — The median sales price for a home in Graham County continued its upward trajectory in the fourth quarter of 2024, climbing 16 percent over the same time the previous year.

That’s according to the fourth quarter housing summary issued by Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service.

The median sales price for a home in Graham County was $297,500, and sellers received almost 85.2 percent of list price.

Those numbers are down significantly from ARMLS’ third quarter summary, when the median sales price in Graham County was $391,500, and sellers were getting almost 99 percent of list price.

In addition, average sales prices have dropped about 5.5 percent from the same time last year, to $258,250.

During the fourth quarter, four homes were sold, having spent an average of 130 days on the market. At of the end of the quarter, there were 14 homes listed for sale.

There were no homes sold in Greenlee County in the fourth quarter and there is one home listed for sale in the county.

In Cochise County, there were 338 home sales, with a median sales price of $274,950, up 7.6 percent from the same time last year. Sellers received an average of 95.4 percent of the list price and homes spent an average of 97 days on the market.
