SAFFORD — The Graham County Health Department announced that the county experienced 11 new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday.
That brings the county’s total to 442; with 344 active, 92 recovered and six deaths.
The younger demographic continues to show the most positive cases, with 177 between the ages of 21 and 44 and 70 are cases involving people 20 years old and younger.
Of the rest, 59 cases involve people 45 to 54 years old, 49 cases involve those 55 to 64 years old and 87 cases involve those 65 and older.
The San Carlos Apache Tribe added 15 new cases Tuesday, bringing the tribe’s total to 451. There are 180 active cases, 264 recovered and seven deaths.
The Peridot District has been hit the hardest with 156 of the cases, followed by Bylas with 103.
Greenlee County Health Department announced two new cases Tuesday, bringing that county’s total to 54; with 30 active, 22 recovered and two deaths.
