EDEN — Arizona Game and Fish Dept. reports that a black bear has been recently spotted searching for food in residential areas of Eden.
The bear is estimated to be about 2 years old and, due to its age and lack of established territory, is foraging through garbage cans.
Homeowners are encouraged to secure trash receptacles until pick-up, as well as take down bird feeders and pick up and fallen tree fruit.
