THATCHER — Don’t let Mary Workman’s 5’5″ frame fool you. She’s a basketball player.
Workman is a Freshman guard from Lebanon, Oregon. She averaged 14 points per game in two wins for EAC last week. She also tallied 8 assists and 5 boards. She was 10-17 from the floor. She was named the ACCAC Women’s Division I Player of the Week for her efforts.
The Lady Monsters are 3-0 on the season after upsetting #6 Central Arizona last night 73-64. They will play at Arizona Western on Friday at 5:30pm.
