Before you head out to vote on Tuesday, make sure you have the proper ID. Here’s what you will need:
LIST #1 PHOTO IDENTIFICATION WITH NAME AND ADDRESS – ONE REQUIRED
Photograph, name and address of the elector
Address must match poll pad and/or signature roster
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION:
- Valid Arizona driver license
- Valid Arizona non-operating identification license
- Tribal enrollment card or other forms of tribal identification
- U.S. Federal, State or Local Government issued identification
LIST #2 NON-PHOTO IDENTIFICATION – TWO REQUIRED
ADDRESS MUST MATCH PRECINCT REGISTER
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION WITHOUT A PHOTOGRAPH THAT BEARS THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE ELECTOR:
- Utility bill of elector dated within 90 days of the date of the election (electric, gas, water, solid waste, sewer, phone, cell phone or cable
- Bank or credit union statement that is dated within 90 days of the election
- Valid Arizona vehicle registration or vehicle insurance card
- Indian census card, tribal enrollment card or other form of tribal identification
- Property tax statement
- Recorder’s certificate or Voter Registration card
- U.S. Federal, State or Local Government issued identification
Any “Official Election Material” mailing bearing the voter’s name and address LIST #3
LIST # 3 MIX AND MATCH FROM LIST #1 AND LIST #2 – TWO REQUIRED
ADDRESS ON ITEM FROM LIST #2 MUST MATCH PRECINCT REGISTER
- Any Valid Picture ID from List #1 with an address that does not match the precinct register or does not have an address must be accompanied by a non-photo ID from List #2 with an address that matches the precinct register
- U.S. Passport without address and one item from List #2
- U.S. Military identification without address and one item from List #2
Please be sure your identification matches your voter registration records on file at the County Recorder’s office to avoid delay at the polls on Election Day.
Voters without proper identification will be required to vote a provisional ballot that will be verified by the County Recorder.
