Deacon Marcello A. Arbizo, a resident of Safford, went to be with the Lord Saturday evening, May 21, 2016, at his residence, with his family at his bedside. Deacon Arbizo was 88.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Deacon Marcello Arbizo will be celebrated Saturday morning, May 28, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Committal with honors conferred by the Safford Police Department Honor Guard will follow in the Safford Cemetery.
A Rosary will be prayed Friday evening, May 27, 2016, at 7:00 p.m., at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church led by Deacon Carl Vessels.
The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m., also at the church.
