SAFFORD — Cruizin’ is back for another year.
The City of Safford announced Thursday that Cruizin’ Main will return to Safford’s Downtown Saturday, May 17, from 8-10 p.m.
Drivers are encouraged to slowly drive Safford’s Main Street, showing off their vehicles to the appreciative onlookers. All types of vehicles are welcome — trucks, UTVs and motorcycles, as well as classic cars and low riders.
Downtown businesses are encouraged to stay open late for the large crowd.
In addition, in celebration of the 30th anniversary of Briscoe’s Tattoo Shop, a Cruizin’ Main Car show will take place on Main Street and 7th Avenue Saturday from 1-6 p.m.
Registration fee is $25 until May 16, $35 day of show.
In addition to the Best of Show champion, awards will be presented for:

- Best 4×4
- Best UTV
- Best Motorcycle
- Best Tuner Car
- Best Bicycle
- Best Unique
The event is co-sponsored by the City of Safford, Safford Police Department and Briscoe’s Tattoo Shop.
