Chamber seeking vendors, sponsors for SalsaFest

SAFFORD — The Graham County Chamber of Commerce is seeking sponsors and is accepting applications for this year’s SalsaFest.

Vendor applications opened Friday, July 21 and will close Friday, Sept. 15. Vendor set-up will take place Friday, Sept. 22, starting at 8 a.m. All vendors must have a regular or temporary Safford business license and food vendors must have the appropriate permits from the Graham County Health Department.

Chamber members will get deep discounts on the fees to be a vendor.

● Food vendor fee is $360 for non-Chamber members and free for Chamber members; however, Chamber member food vendors must provide 20 complimentary food vouchers

● Product and service vendor fee is $240 for non-Chamber members and $20 for Chamber members

● Information only vendor fee is $120 for non-Chamber members and $10 for Chamber members

Sponsorships range from $250 to the $10,000 title sponsorship. Sponsors will be treated to a special thank you dinner Thursday, Sept. 21, from 5-10 p.m., at The Venue and Vignette on Main.

The theme for this year’s SalsaFest is Spicy 17.

“We’re so excited to start off this year’s SalsaFest Spicy 17 journey with our sponsorship and vendors,” Vance Bryce, Graham County Chamber of Commerce executive director, said in a prepared statement. “This year’s festival is going to be amazing and we’re looking forward to seeing the community come together again for SalsaFest.”

SalsaFest will take place Sept. 22-23 at Firemen’s Park, on the lawn in front of Safford City Hall.
