SAFFORD — American Red Cross announced there is a critical need for blood and platelets, and blood drives will be taking place in the Gila Valley this month.
On Thursday, June 25, Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center will host a blood drive from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. And on Friday, June 26, the Gila Valley Ministerial Association will host a blood drive from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at First United Methodist Church.
A blood drive will also take place in July in Thatcher, on Monday, July 13, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at VFW Post 10385.
