Barbara Lou Skinner, 80, formerly of Safford, entered into rest on Friday, April 7, 2017. She was born April 9, 1936 in Tucson, AZ to Edward and Nettie Rogers.
A viewing for Barbara will be on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 from 6-8 pm at McDougal’s Caldwell Funeral Chapel, and again on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 10 am at the Safford LDS Stake Center with funeral services at 11 am. Interment will follow in the Graham Cemetery.
