SAFFORD — Graham County Health Department and the Alzheimer’s Association announced that activities for those dealing with Alzheimer’s or other dementias will remain virtual through April.
The next event is the virtual sing-a-long Tuesday, April 12, from 11 a.m. to noon. Sing-a-long takes place the second Tuesday of each month.
For those in the early stages, there is Mindful Monday, April 18, at 10 a.m. The focus is on helping slow dementia’s progress, including gentle movements, focus on breathing and other useful tips.
