SAFFORD — Desert Cat Rescue and Sanctuary announced that voucher to spay or neuter a pet are still available.
The vouchers for Safford residents are courtesy of a $5,000 grant from the City of Safford. Voucher for all other residents of the Gila Valley come from funding obtained through vehicle specialty license plates.
