SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (August 8, 2024) – Due to the ongoing, severe impact of inclement weather from Tropical Storm Debby, the 2024 Little League Softball® World Series, Presented by DICK’S Sporting Goods, is currently in an extended weather delay and no games will be played on Thursday, August 8.
West Region champions, Willcox Little League, was slated to play today but have been postponed now for the 3rd day in a row.
Little League International will continue to monitor the situation and as a more detailed schedule becomes available, those will be communicated directly to the teams as well as announced on Little League’s official social media channels and the Little League Softball World Series website on LittleLeague.org.
