The annual Holiday Light Parade has become one of the premiere events in the Gila Valley.
The 24th annual Country Financial Holiday Light Parade once again rolls down Main Street in Safford on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 6:00 PM. This year’s parade theme is “Christmas in the Country.”
Local talent will be spotlighted at 5th and Main with performances by DePalma Martial Arts, Gila Valley All Star Cheer and Safford Dance Academy.
Santa will be at the Safford Theatre from 4 PM until 6 PM, listening to children’s Christmas wishes and taking time for Christmas photos. There will also be Christmas photo booths set up in each block for Christmas photos.
The Pima High School choir will perform the National Anthem under the direction of Mike Bradley with flag bearer in each block.
Stores and restaurants will be open late that evening and food vendors will be available on Main Street.
