One lucky lottery player who bought a ticket in Morenci is $50,000 richer. The problem is that, as of this morning, nobody had come forward to claim the prize.
According to Arizona State Lottery officials, there was a winning $50,00 ticket sold for Saturday’s drawing (April 25,2020) at Basha’s in Morenci. The lucky individual matched four out of five numbers, and the Powerball number. The winning numbers for Saturday’s drawing were 1,3, 21, 47, 57 with Powerball number 18.
As of 11:20 this morning, the prize is still unclaimed.
