SAFFORD — Eastern Arizona Hispanic Heritage Corporation used its social media Tuesday to announce it had received a $2,500 grant from the United Way of Graham and Greenlee Counties.
The money will be used to sponsor Eastern Arizona Hispanic Heritage Corporation’s annual Hispanic Heritage Month celebration.
This year the celebration kicks off Sept. 16 at Eastern Arizona College, with guest speakers and performances by area mariachi bands.
