Born on September 17,1963 Teresa passed away in a tragic car accident September 22, 2021 .
Teresa is survived by Her Mother Barbara Tandyk, her three children; Merrisa Blystra, Jason Smith, Maggie Smith, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild .
Teresa will be greatly missed by family and friends. Services for Teresa will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, October 6,2021 at the Thatcher VFW post.
