SAFFORD — Gila Valley residents have just a few days left to find that perfect holiday gift, and eight local stores are partnering to provide the perfect last-minute day of shopping.
On Friday, Dec. 23, in Partnership with the Safford Downtown Association, Copper and Cotton Lifestyle Co., Josie James Co., The Rustic Barn Bakery, The Fix Lifestyle and Wellness, The Wear, Ginaveve’s Marketplace, Enchanted Boutique and Marcia’s Garden are encouraging residents to shop local by offering a scavenger hunt.
Each store will have scavenger hunt cards and shoppers are encouraged to visit every store, getting the card validated with purchases at each stop. Giveaways will be awarded following the submission of completed cards.
Also look for expanded operating hours at some of the locations, in an effort to assist last-minute shoppers.
