THATCHER — Southeastern Arizona Clean and Beautiful and Gila Watershed Partnership are teaming for a Gila River area cleanup Saturday, August 15.
Volunteers will meet at the Reay Lane Bridge at 7 a.m. for a safety briefing and to receive equipment. Gloves, vests, safety glasses and trash bags will be provided.
Volunteers are asked to bring water, sunscreen, a hat, and friends and family to help.
