SAFFORD — Visits to the Safford City-Graham County Library this summer can help families facing food insecurity.
The Safford Library is conducting a food drive to help stock the shelves of Our Neighbor’s Farm and Pantry.
The food drive starts Monday, June 2, and runs through Thursday, July 17.
Items of most need include:
- Rice
- Beans
- Flour
- Peanut butter
- Jams and jellies
Also needed are female and general hygiene products.
Non-expired, non-perishable items can be dropped during the library’s regular hours of operation, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays.
