SAFFORD — Celebrate Library Card Sign-up Month this September with the Safford City-Graham County Library. We’re inviting everyone to discover the incredible resources and opportunities available at your local library by signing up for a library card.
The library will be introducing a newly designed library card featuring the Gila Box Riparian National Conservation Area taken by local photographer Patricia Abeyta. This photo was chosen to celebrate the natural beauty of Graham County. Current card holders can replace their old cards with the new design for no charge during the month of September.
Today’s libraries are vibrant community centers offering much more than just books. At the Safford Library, you’ll find diverse programs for all ages, books and movies, book clubs, story times, and more.
Curious about exploring a new hobby or learning a new language? The Safford Library has the resources you need. Want to try out a board game? Check one out from our Library of Things. Want an audiobook for a road trip? CloudLibrary has you covered.
Did you know that the Safford Library offers Culture Passes to museums and zoos around Arizona? There’s truly something for everyone at the library. Getting a library card is easy and is an essential step toward lifelong learning and entertainment. Everyone should have one!
The Safford Library even offers a monthly podcast to keep you up to date on library happenings, book reviews, and a chance to get to know library staff. The Safford Library Book Jockeys is available anywhere you listen to podcasts.
