CENTRAL — The Graham County Highway Department announced that Norton Road, between Reay Lane and U.S. Highway 70, will be closed to all traffic in early December.
Road work on Norton Road will take place from 6 a.m. Monday, Dec. 2, until 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20.
