THATCHER — Eastern Arizona College and Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center continue to grow, and are celebrating with a pair of ribbon-cuttings over the next week.
On Thursday, Oct. 9, EAC will celebrate the grand opening of the Alumni Library’s Media Center.
The ribbon-cutting and reception will take place at 11 a.m.
On Tuesday, Oct. 14, at 9:30 a.m., MGRMC will celebrate its new Cath Lab with a ribbon-cutting.
It’s the third ribbon-cutting in four months at MGRMC. A celebration was held July 8 for the hospital advancement to a Level III Trauma Center, and a ribbon was cut for the grand opening of the hospital’s Medical Office Complex 2 on July 24.
And both MGRMC and EAC took part in a ground-breaking March 6 for a joint facility — the MGRMC Copper Mountain Clinic Thatcher and EAC Cosmetology building currently under construction on the EAC campus.
